As yow will anticipate all documentation evidence will be needed to substantiate
your application, this generally consists of:
Bank Statements
Passport
Proof of Address
Proof of income, wage slips, tax returns, P60
Any other loans you may have
All applications will be checked by Bulgarian banks and any offers will
be provided within 1 – 2 weeks.
Fees and Administration costs
These will depend on if
you choose to apply through UK mortgage brokers, or go directly to Bulgaria
