Viewing trips and housing purchase
These can be arranged with our UK office; however we would recommend the
following:
Look through our website and choose properties you are interested in,
and let us know so we may check current availability and plan your
visit.
Let us know what you are specifically looking for, and your price range,
so we can update our current selection to you.
Allow at least 4 – 7 days, preferably 7 days to view in Bulgaria.
Book your flight, (we can help you with this) and let us know when, and
where you will arrive, so we can arrange to collect you and book accommodation
to your requirements.
Our recommendations are that we collect you at 10am each morning to discuss
and arrange your viewing the first day then carrying out viewing thereafter,
allocating at least one day for your own leisure time.
Take appropriate clothing, etc. to suit the climate and weather for that
time of year.
The currency used in Bulgaria is Leves, but will be changing to Euros
in 2010, English money can easily be changed a local banks, VISA cash machines
are also available to withdraw small amounts.
Please ensure that you fill one of our Viewing Trip Forms in, and let
us know of any changes 3 – 4 days prior.
All flight costs, hotel / accommodation, food and general costs, you
will need to pay, but collection from the airport and drop off will be
provided free of charge.
Should you decide to purchase, we will refund your hotel and flight costs
up to the value of two people. More details / information can be provided
about viewing trips on request.

If you are considering purchasing when you are there, or would like to
prepare your ltd. company, please be aware of the following charges that
you need to make, ‘provisions’ prior to your viewing trip:
Setting up a ltd. company - £700
Company bank deposit - £2100 (returned when company is running)
Deposit for the property - TBA
Payment for the property - TBA
Taxes – TBA
Should you not wish to carry this money abroad, payments should be made to our UK office prior.
Power of attorney will need to be given for our sales team in Bulgaria to set up and complete the sale of the property and pay all necessary taxes, open a bank account and form a ltd. company. Then they can put the deposit back to your bank account.
